Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time. Estimated turnaround times will be listed on the product page.
Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping method is selected at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped.
- USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2–5 business days (delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed).
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date so I can assist you in filing a claim when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. DDKBlingNThings is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Local Pickup
At this time, local pickup is not available unless otherwise arranged prior to purchase.
